The company was founded in the year 1983. The registered head office of the company is located in Barbera del Valle, Spain. The firm comprises its business operations in the following activities: direct reduction of iron ore; manufacturing pig iron in molten or solid form; converting pig iron into steel; making steel and manufacturing shapes (such as bar, plate, rod, sheet, strip, and wire); and making steel and forming tube and pipe. The company has grown substantially by diversifying its products more each day, and it has a modern plant of 10,000 m2 in Barberá del Vallés.
